Having faced business and marketing challenges from all sides as the CEO of domestic and multinational ad agencies and as leader of a major player in the telecommunications industry, Andy has learned through experience that there is a time to play by the rules and a time to rewrite them.
Jennifer believes anything is possible. For over 15 year she has been creating meaningful live connections between brands and consumers. She was born with the drive, discipline and love of detail that makes her a superstar in the experiential world. Jennifer and her team translate great ideas into the live event space, with a track record of flawless execution. Jennifer lives and breathes logistics - it’s in her DNA. Rick believes in creating smart solutions that build our client partners’ brands. After more than two decades in the business, he comes equipped with a wealth of brand marketing experience and energy to help drive optimal solutions for clients’ toughest problems. Before joining The Hive, Rick spent ten years at Labatt Breweries of Canada as Marketing Director where he was the steward of such coveted brands as Labatt Blue, Kokanee, Alexander Keith's and Labatt Ice. At The Hive, Rick has worked with long-standing prestigious client partners such as Molson Breweries of Canada, Reebok, Brown Forman Beverages Worldwide and SAB Miller Brewing Company. Building great brands across the ever-evolving range of consumer touch points is Rick’s passion.

Simon believes in leadership. He believes that brands that lead by example are the ones that write the rules. True leaders are confident, consistent and never afraid to go first. They attract followers and demand loyalty beyond reason. With almost 15 years experience leading the creative product at agencies like Y&R, TBWA, Saatchi and Cossette, Simon has had the pleasure of creating campaigns that have helped brands like AGF, Apple, Adidas, Nissan, Toyota and Bell become leaders in their respective categories.

Ted believes in integrity and partnership. These are what make the pursuit of achievement and interaction with clients, employees, and suppliers an enjoyable experience. He gained a strong appreciation for the need for client-agency relations working from the client’s perspective with Firestone, Campbell’s, Unilever, Labatt, and Nestle, followed by many relationships experienced from the agency point-of-view with clients at Brown-Forman, MolsonCoors, Rogers, Miller and Coca-Cola to name a few.

Trent believes in trust. That if clients truly trust their agencies, and that you have their business interests at heart, then everything else, from selling great work to discussing fees, is easy. He’s proven this for over 15 years at agencies as different as Grip, Lowe Roche, FCB and Saatchi, and on accounts and categories as diverse as Bell and Rogers, Cadbury and Nestle, Coca-Cola and Molson, Mackenzie Financial and HSBC.
